Freedom -- Heal -- Grace
Soul Care: The Ultimate Spiritual Tune-Up.
Good soul care requires having a regular spiritual tune up. A spiritual tune up resets our spirit to receive the grace of our Creator.
Like musical instruments, we need to retune so we can play the right heart song. Done well, a spiritual tune up leads to freedom and creative flow.
Great Soul Care Creates Great Overflow
What Is Great Soul Care?
- the need to stop occasionally for conversations,
- a chance to read, and ponder about life and its mysteries,
- deep rest that comes when you open up to God’s presence, guidance — and love.
What if you could get bathed in love?
Think of it this way: how many people do you know would admit that in their heart of hearts they have not experienced God’s love? Quite a few, unfortunately.
However, what if you could find a way to get bathed in the love — to have a literal experience of that love?
Well, that would make all the difference in the world. And it can only happen through proper soul care.
The difference between soul care & self care
By the way, there is a difference between soul care and self-care. Soul care makes you ready to face the world with confidence and engage others with what you have.
You can engage with new ideas, new artistic endeavors or new business based on the needs of people. Or even new conversations bring new (or old) relationships to life. There is no limit to the overflow.
Self-care does have its limit. It is a good place to start, but you don’t want to stay there to become self-absorbed. There is NO overflow in that. You limit yourself to your own ideas. You scratch out your life as Thoreau said: “in quiet desperation.”
There is more than that for you.
